Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive for your satisfaction. This policy explains when refunds or cancellations may be granted.

1. Deposits & Milestones

Deposits are used to reserve production time and are generally non-refundable once work begins.

2. Service Cancellations

• If you cancel before work starts, we may refund the deposit minus administrative costs.
• If you cancel after partial delivery, we may issue a partial refund based on completed work.

3. Crypto Payments

• Crypto transactions cannot be reversed. Any refund is a new crypto transaction from us to you at the then-current rate, less network fees.
• Overpayments or duplicate payments will be reviewed and, if verified, refunded according to our process.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@opplexify.com with your invoice number, wallet address used, and reason for the request.
