These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of services from Opplexify.

1. Services

We offer web design, mobile app development, hosting, and logo design. Scope and deliverables are described in project proposals or invoices.

2. Payments

We accept cryptocurrency via Cryptomus. Prices are quoted in USD (or USDT equivalent) unless specified. Work may commence after initial deposit as stated in proposal.

3. Crypto Specifics

• Crypto transactions are final and irreversible; no chargebacks are available.
• Refunds, if any, are handled by us per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Network fees are non-refundable.

4. Client Obligations

You must provide timely feedback, content, and approvals. You warrant that any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license or ownership as stated in the proposal. We may showcase work in our portfolio.

6. Warranties & Liability

Services are provided "as-is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Compliance

You agree not to use our services for prohibited content or activities. We may decline or terminate projects that pose legal or reputational risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
