1. Brand ownership

The Opplexify brand is owned by Opplexify LLC, a US-registered limited liability company. Muhammad Emmad Khan is the Founder and Owner of Opplexify LLC. The website at https://opplexify.com publishes information about services offered under the Opplexify brand. US mailing/registered address: 525 Randall Ave Ste 100 PMB 1203, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States.

2. Separate authorized Safepay merchant role

Muhammad Ameeq Khan is a Pakistan-based independent freelancer and Safepay merchant who is separately authorized to use the Opplexify brand for his own identified freelance engagements. He is the contracting service provider, invoice issuer, merchant, and payment recipient only when the applicable quotation or invoice names him in those roles. He is responsible for service delivery, support, complaints, cancellations, and eligible refunds for those engagements.

3. Separate contracts and payments

Opplexify LLC contracts, invoices, and receives payment for its own engagements when it is named as the provider. Muhammad Ameeq Khan contracts, invoices, and receives payment for his own independent freelance engagements when he is named as the provider and merchant. Opplexify LLC and Muhammad Ameeq Khan are separate contracting persons and are not interchangeable. Every engagement identifies exactly one contracting service provider in the applicable quotation or invoice before payment. That document also states the payment method available for the engagement. Payments are not collected or aggregated on behalf of the other provider. An Opplexify LLC invoice must not be paid to Muhammad Ameeq Khan's Safepay account, and Muhammad Ameeq Khan's invoice must not be paid to an Opplexify LLC bank account.

4. Website and intellectual property

The Opplexify name and brand assets are owned by Opplexify LLC. Website materials may also include content licensed to Opplexify LLC or material supplied for an identified independent engagement. Client deliverables and third-party materials remain subject to the applicable written contract, open-source licenses, and third-party license terms.
